I am currently training in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (E-FIT), integrating cognitive work with attachment-focused therapy for trauma and PTSD. I work from a polyvagal-informed lens, recognizing the vital role of nervous system regulation in healing and emotional well-being. In premarital and marriage counseling, I draw from Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy (EFCT) and the Gottman Method to blend attachment and behavioral models, helping couples build secure, lasting connection through practical tools and emotional attunement.

As a birth and bereavement doula, certified HypnoBirthing Childbirth Educator, and a bereaved mother myself, I hold a special place in my heart for supporting individuals and couples throughout the perinatal period—including fertility struggles, pregnancy and postpartum adjustment, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, and grief after loss.

I’m a proud member of a military and law enforcement family, with a strong commitment to serving those who serve our country and communities. I aspire to create an approach that is holistic, and tailored to the unique needs of individuals, couples, and families—honoring their stories while helping them build insight, resilience, and connection.
