What is HypnoBirthing®?

When you think of giving birth, what image comes to mind of what that experience will look like? How we think, imagine, and believe has a direct impact on what we experience in life, including birth. For many women, and their birth partners, birth conjures up an array of negative ideas. These go on to impact how their birth is experienced. What if I told you that birth can be beautiful, gentle, peaceful, and empowering?
Education is a powerful tool. But, combined with this tested and proven method of deep relaxation techniques, breathing and massage, affirmations and visualizations to encourage self-hypnosis, the birthing woman is able to have a positive and gentle birth experience, the way our bodies were designed to birth.
HypnoBirthing® can be applied to any birth to achieve a greater sense of relaxation and control, helping you reach your birthing goals. So, even if you are planning a fully medicated birth, or even a cesarean section birth, there is much to benefit from this childbirth education method.
